Yuma Energy is an Energy-as-a-Service company and a joint venture between Magna International and Yulu, focused on building battery-swapping infrastructure for electric mobility. Its Battery-as-a-Service platform enables riders and commercial fleets to swap depleted batteries for charged ones in under a minute, reducing charging downtime and improving vehicle utilization. Yuma currently operates across 18 cities, with 100,000+ batteries deployed and more than 60 million swaps completed.
