Centricity WealthTech is a Gurugram based WealthTech company founded in 2022 to modernize wealth management through technology. The company helps financial advisors, wealth managers and family offices build independent practices while giving investors access to a broader range of financial products and digital wealth management tools. Its platform combines portfolio management, transaction capabilities, reporting, risk analytics and investment monitoring across multiple asset classes. Centricity operates businesses including One Digital, Invictus Private Wealth and Centricity Global Private Client, which serves NRI and international investors through financial centres such as GIFT City and DIFC. The company has expanded rapidly and now works with more than 20,000 partners, 100,000 investors and 250+ family offices, while managing more than ₹15,000 crore in assets. In August 2026, Centricity raised ₹280 crore in Series A funding led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund, with participation from existing investors. The company plans to use the capital to strengthen its technology platform and expand its private wealth and global client businesses.
