JIDOKA Technologies develops AI powered vision systems that help manufacturers automate quality inspection and process verification. Its flagship KOMPASS platform uses deep learning and computer vision to detect defects, anomalies, counting errors and labeling issues in real time. JIDOKA also developed NAGARE, which guides operators through manufacturing processes and verifies assembly steps to prevent errors. The company serves industries including automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, electronics and logistics. JIDOKA says its systems can inspect up to 12,000 parts per minute and has deployed its technology across more than 45 customer sites. The company has expanded beyond India and is targeting markets in the United States, Europe and Japan. In February 2025, JIDOKA raised a Pre-Series A round led by Arali Ventures, with participation from Veltis Capital, an NRI investor and existing investors. The company joined Google's 2026 India Accelerator cohort, further supporting its work in physical AI and industrial automation.
