Sheru is a Delhi based CleanTech and EnergyTech company. The company began by working with electric mobility and battery swapping and has evolved toward virtual energy storage. Sheru's platform aggregates distributed and underutilized EV batteries into a cloud managed energy network. This enables batteries from electric vehicles, swapping infrastructure and other distributed sources to function as a flexible storage resource. Its technology focuses on energy storage optimization, vehicle to grid integration, battery management and energy management. Sheru has also developed NetBat, a virtual battery network designed to connect distributed batteries with energy demand, and EnergyBox, a charging and backup solution for detachable EV batteries. The company has worked on vehicle to grid applications with energy companies and public utilities and has positioned its technology around improving the utilization of existing battery infrastructure.
