Founded by Mohit Yadav and Rahul Yadav, the brand scaled rapidly through its D2C model before expanding into retail and international markets. In 2025, Hindustan Unilever acquired a 90.5% stake in Minimalist, bringing the brand into its Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio.
