SquadStack.ai is a Noida based AI and enterprise SaaS company building voice AI agents for consumer sales and customer engagement. Founded in 2015, the company originally operated as Squadrun and evolved from a tech enabled telesales marketplace into an AI first sales and customer experience platform. Its current platform uses proprietary speech and language models to automate lead qualification, sales calls, customer support, collections and other voice based interactions. SquadStack says its AI agents handle more than 50 lakh calls per day for over 60 brands, while its models are trained on hundreds of millions of minutes of Indian sales conversations. Its customers include Kotak Mahindra Bank, PhonePe, IndiaMART, Tata Digital, Amazon and Swiggy. The company has raised institutional funding from Bertelsmann India Investments, Chiratae Ventures and Blume Ventures. In May 2026, SquadStack announced a ₹140 crore Series B round led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with existing investors participating. Its current strategy focuses heavily on enterprise AI, with the company targeting expansion across India and international markets
