What’s the Biggest Challenge in Managing Real Estate Leads? 🏡🤖
Hey eZizz! 👋
I'm building Vaxyro, an early-stage AI-powered WhatsApp and CRM solution for real estate teams.
The idea is simple: help agents manage property enquiries, qualify potential buyers, and keep track of follow-ups without making lead management more complicated.
Right now, I'm focused on refining the product and understanding how real estate agents actually handle incoming leads.
I'd love to connect with real estate professionals, PropTech founders, and other builders working on practical AI solutions.
Real estate founders and agents: What's the biggest challenge in managing your leads today — responding on time, qualifying buyers, or following up consistently?
Looking forward to learning from the community. 🚀

I think the biggest challenge is consistent follow ups. Many leads show interest initially but agents handle multiple enquiries at once, and some potential buyers get missed in the process. AI can really help here if it makes follow ups easier without making the agent’s workflow more complicated.
Absolutely, Rahul! 👏 You’ve highlighted a really important problem. Getting leads is one thing, but making sure every interested buyer gets a timely follow-up is where things often break down.
That’s exactly the problem I’m exploring with Vaxyro — helping agents automate follow-ups and manage enquiries without adding complexity to their daily workflow.
I’m curious, how do you think most agents currently handle follow-ups — manually on WhatsApp, through a CRM, or a mix of both? 🚀
I'm also curious 🤔
