Question #Co-founders
What should you look for in a co-founder beyond technical skills and experience?
What makes a co-founder relationship truly work in the long run?
Beyond sharing the same vision, how do founders handle disagreements, divide responsibilities, make difficult decisions, and deal with unequal contributions? What are the early signs that a co-founder partnership might not work out?

One of my biggest struggles was finding the right co-founder during college. I met people with good skills and interesting ideas, but our mindsets, commitment levels and long-term visions often didn't align. I realised that finding someone who can build with you is easy compared to finding someone who shares your vision and is willing to go through the tough phases with you.
I believe a co-founder doesn't have to agree with you on everything but you both need to respect each other's perspectives and stay committed when things get difficult. Sometimes, having the wrong co-founder can be worse than building alone.
